The Tri-sectional Hot/Cold Pack was developed by a chiropractor to provide thorough pain relief for neck and upper back pain. If you suffer from strains, sprains, tendonitis or other injuries simply pull this pack out of the freezer (for cold applications) or microwave it (for hot applications) and place it across your shoulders to soothe pain. Its unique strapping system securely fastens anywhere, but the tri-sectional design is perfect for your upper back and neck. All Hot/Cold Packs by Arc4Life are filled with non-toxic, biodegradable gel that retains therapeutic temperatures longer. Each pack also comes with a plush and soft, frost-free cover that cushions and protects your skin. This pack stays soft and pliable even when stored in the freezer. Heat in microwave.

Heating Instructions:
(Based on initial pack temperature below 75F (24C).) Heat 30 seconds on high heat, knead, and then continue heating at 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead after each heating. Carefully check the pack with the palm of your hand before applying.

Caution: Microwave ovens vary.  Always use care when heating and removing pack from microwave.  Overheating pack may cause pack to rupture and/or leak. Discard pack if punctured or broken.
