To stop a bloody nose, take a small piece of cardboard and tuck it behind your top lip, pushing it into the connective tissue between your top lip and gum.

The blood vessels located here are the ones that cause epistaxis, or a bloody nose. By restricting these vessels with the piece of cardboard, your body will have the opportunity to clot the blood and stop the bleeding!
