My sister came up with this one. She lives in Hawaii and if you know Hawaiians, they eat a TON of rice. For nausea: boil half a cup of rice in water for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the rice and sip water (once cooled). If it works on the Island...

- Ginger is one of the best things to take when feeling nauseous. Pick up some fresh ginger make yourself a cup of ginger tea.

- Sipping ginger ale should also help you overcome nausea.

- Camomile or peppermint tea can also help nauseousness.
